Two people are dead after a car in struck a crowd of people in Leipzig, Germany on Monday. Two other people were also severely injured and taken to the hospital. The suspected driver of the car, a 33-year old German citizen has been arrested and is in custody. Officials have not yet released details about a possible motive, and it is still unclear whether the incident was intentional or the result of an accident.
