Kodak Black was arrested Wednesday in Florida and taken into custody at the Orange County Corrections Department on a charge related to MDMA trafficking. According to jail records, the 28-year-old rapper was booked on a trafficking MDMA charge and is currently being held without bond.

Britney Spears will not face additional jail time after pleading guilty Monday to reckless driving involving alcohol and drugs. She was initially charged with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, a more severe offense. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Britney Spears will serve 12 months of probation, complete a three-month substance abuse program, and pay a $571 fine. She was also sentenced to one day in jail, with credit for time already served.
