NBA Playoffs: Knicks Beat Cavaliers 115-104 In Game 1

Jalen Brunson led one of the biggest playoff comebacks in recent NBA history Tuesday night, scoring 38 points as the New York Knicks stormed back from a 22-point fourth-quarter deficit to defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers 115-104 in overtime in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Knicks trailed 93-71 with less than eight minutes remaining before Brunson sparked a furious rally, leading an 18-1 run and eventually tying the game at 101 with just 19 seconds left in regulation.

The Knicks carried the momentum into overtime, opening the extra period on a 9-0 run to complete the stunning comeback. Mikal Bridges added 18 points, while Donovan Mitchell scored 29 for Cleveland, who dominated most of the game before collapsing late. New York outscored the Cavaliers 44-11 after falling behind by 22 points.
