University Of Missouri Football Player Ahmad Hardy Shot At Concert On Sunday

Ahmad Hardy, a running back for the Missouri Tigers, was shot early Sunday morning while attending a concert in Mississippi and is currently in stable condition.
“Ahmad Hardy was the victim of a shooting at a concert in Mississippi early Sunday morning and sustained a gunshot wound,” Missouri said in a statement. “Ahmad underwent surgery Sunday and is in stable condition.”
According to police, the shooting occurred around 2 a.m. Sunday at the Kamakazy Biker Club following a rap concert Hardy had attended. Local outlet WDAM-TV reported that three suspects — Landice Magee, Alvin Peyton, and Jvon Sibley — are expected to face charges in connection with the incident.
Hardy is coming off a standout season for Missouri, rushing for 1,649 yards and 16 touchdowns in his first year with the Tigers. Before transferring, he recorded 1,351 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns during his lone season at University of Louisiana at Monroe.
